Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is an asset
