Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a full-time member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members and management.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and follow cash policies.
  • Adhere to company procedures, security, and document confidentiality.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
