Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member of our store operations, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through your teamwork, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure the security of documents and data.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow safety guidelines, and perform assigned duties efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate relevant equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience a plus.
