Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security protocols.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Efficient cash handling and equipment operation skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
