Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.

Starting Wage
- $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
- Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
