Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
