Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a superior customer shopping experience.

Hours
- 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage
- $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Experience with store equipment and general cleaning
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- High school diploma preferred
