Store Operations Assistant
We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stocking shelves and merchandise displays
- Assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively
- Taking store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy
- Adhering to cash policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
