Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in using necessary equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
