Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to deliver a great shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
- Work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
