Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations. As a full-time team member, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and provide top-notch customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
