Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Demonstrate good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
