Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
  • Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
