Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team and contribute to the smooth operation of our store. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains excellent presentation, provides exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays and shelves to enhance the store's visual appeal.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
