Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ALDI's standards and competencies.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback, monitor inventory, and comply with company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of following procedures, communicating well, and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
