Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Ability to handle physical demands of stocking merchandise and general store maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
