Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with the store management team.
• Conduct store inventory counts, minimize cash losses, and comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages based on state and local regulations.
