Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the store team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and merchandise stocking.
• Maintain the store's appearance by cleaning and organizing.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
