Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
