Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to deliver excellent performance.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as stocking shelves, moving merchandise, and general cleaning.
