Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional service to our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and maintain the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and merchandising duties efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store clean and orderly.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling and inventory procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
