Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks, including processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and participate in inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of following safety procedures and using store equipment responsibly.
