Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support fellow team members
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and policies with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years for employment
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle equipment properly
• Work independently and in a team setting
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task effectively

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is advantageous
• Combination of education and experience matching job requirements
