Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and store operations
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Execute general cleaning duties and uphold company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
