Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member to contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in stocking products, cashiering, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat displays, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and cashiering processes.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and fulfill assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 for employment at ALDI.
• Proficient in efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to meet physical demands and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
