Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Able to operate store equipment
• Capable of following instructions and company standards
• Strong communication skills and team player

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
