Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain the store's appearance.
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
