Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and provide efficient service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves and displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and prompt customer service.
• Proficient in operating standard retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
