As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures and ensure security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Experience in a retail environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
