Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
