Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses
- Follow company policies, ensure data security, and confidentiality
- Perform additional duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus
