Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory and report any issues to management

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
