Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain cash procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
