Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange products neatly.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory to enhance store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and retail equipment.
- Good communication skills and the capability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
