Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and general cleaning to uphold the store's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management processes and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ability to follow company policies, work independently, and multitask effectively.
