Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling various responsibilities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
