Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
