Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team setting
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
