Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As part of the store team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. From cashiering to customer assistance, your contributions will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store appearance
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and monitoring stock levels

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
• Experience in retail environment is preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work both independently and in a team setting
