Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment, while delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain displays
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members and management
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Handle cash transactions and operate equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for working in a team environment
