We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains high standards in merchandising, customer service, and overall cleanliness. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow company policies.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
