Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus.
