Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet all state and local requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
