Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
