Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and customer confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
