Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform general cleaning tasks, and adhere to cash policies.
• Contribute to maintaining the security and confidentiality of store data.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience a plus.
