We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
