Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Conduct inventory counts and report to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
