Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Assist customers to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
