We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store remains well-organized, stocks are replenished, and customers have a positive shopping experience. Your duties will include customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
